Appeal Democrat, Tuesday, March 28, 1995 Lynette Doris Saylors, 96, of Marysville died March 24, 1995, at Rideout Memorial Hospital. A native of Marysville, she was a Yuba-Sutter resident for most of her life. She worked in the millinery department of Bradley's department store in Marysville. Survivors include a nephew, Richard A. McPherrin of Yuba City; and two nieces, Betty Mandery and Virginia Lauff, both of Marysville. She was preceded in death by her husband, John "Beford" Saylors and a sister, Berthilde McPherrin. Services: a graveside service is scheduled at 3 p.m. Wednesday at Sierra View Memorial Park. The Rev. Edgar Nelson, pastor emeritus of First United Methodist Church of Yuba City, will officiate. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel of the Twin Cities.
