Jeanette E. Schwarzbeck services to be held Monday
DOWNEY-Memorial services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, March 8, at the Downey Zrelak Family 
Mortuary Chapel for Jeanette Ernestine Schwarzbeck, a 32 year resident of Downey and a former 
deputy tax assessor for 35 years for Los Angeles County. 
She was 85, born in Colorado City, Texas on May 2, 1913 and died Feb. 28 at Downey Community 
Hospital. 
She was a former resident of South Gate, and was preceded in death by her husband, John in 1985, 
and her son, Frederick in 1992. 
Survivors include her daughter, Ella Marie Wilson of Vernal, Utah; four grandchildren and five great-
grandchildren. 
Pastor Gary Beard of the United Methodist Church of Downey will officiate. Private cremation will 
be followed by interment in Valhalla Memorial Park in Burbank. Arrangements are by the Downey 
Zrelak Family Mortuary.
