All persons donating to this site retain the rights to their own work. Mr. Robert "Bob" Wallace Shaneyfelt, 84, of Hilo, Hawaii Died on Wednesday, May 19, 2004 at his residence. He was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana on June 15, 1919. He was an art teacher retired from Mojave High School in California. He also taught at Harmer School in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Bob volunteered freely in the community. He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church and Hilo Missionary Church and was a US Army Veteran, World War II. Friends may call from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday, May 27, 2004, at Hilo Missionary Church, 1044 Komohana Street. Funeral Service at 11 a.m with burial to follow at 1 p.m. at Hawaii Veterans Cemetery #2, in Hilo. Bob is survived by wife, Margaret "Maggie" Shaneyfelt of Hilo, Hawaii; sons, William "Bill" (Linda) Shaneyfelt of Dayton, Ohio, Thomas "Tom" (Celia) Shaneyfelt of Old Fort, Tennessee, Jon (Carol) Shaneyfelt of Erwin, Tennessee
