Services for Robert Soltysik at age 90
DOWNEY-Funeral services were held Nov. 13 at the St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in Maywood 
for Robert Soltysik, a 55-year resident of Downey. 
He was 90, born in Jeanette, Pennsylvania, and died in Downey Nov. 5. 
He was a member of the South Gate Art Association, the L.A. Produce Golf Association, the Downey 
Art League and the Traditional Artist Guild. 
Survivors include his wife, Stella; a niece, Cindy Stater; and a nephew, Denny (Shirley) Gibson. 
Father Soto officiated. 
Burial followed at Holy Cross Cemetery in Los Angeles. Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies 
Mortuary of Downey.
