Friends, family remember Margaret L. Stringfellow
DOWNEY-Graveside services were held Monday, Dec. 7, at Park Lawn Memorial Park in Commerce 
for Margaret Louise Stringfellow, a former longtime Downey resident who attended the Southern 
Baptist Church of Downey. 
She was 79, born March 23, 1919 in Wichita Falls, Texas, and died Dec. 3 in West Hollywood. 
Survivors include her sons, William D. Stringfellow of Houston, Texas, David L. Stringfellow of Glendora, 
Tom J. Stringfellow of West Hollywood; a sister, Bertha May Delmanhorst of Mesquite, Texas; nine 
grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. 
Pastor Charles Hauser officiated. Arrangements were by the Allen-English & Estrada Funeral Service of 
Bell Gardens.
