TEHACHAPI RESIDENT PASSES AWAY
Edwin Andrew Swanson, 62, of 526 E St., Tehachapi suffered a heart attack while 
employed on construction of the new bank building there. He was a resident and well 
known contractor of that place.
Mr. Swanson was born in Karlskoga, Sweden and is survived by his wife, Alma, two 
daughters, Mrs. Mildren Odin of Tehachapi and Mrs. Helen Tompkins of Monolith 
and one son, Robert, of Manhattan Beach. The funeral will be held Friday at 3
p. m. from the White & Day Mortuary of Hermosa Beach, with interrment at Pacific 
Crest cemetery, O'Donnell Funeral Home in charge.
