Many mourn Realtor Gerri Theodore here
DOWNEY-Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 13 at Rose Hills Memorial Park in Whittier for 
Gerri Theodore, a longtime Downey resident and realtor. 
She died Friday, June 8 at Downey Regional Medical Center, in the presence of her family. 
Gerri and her husband, Ken, arrived in Downey in June of 1962, from Youngstown, Ohio, when Ken 
started his career on the Apollo Program. 
She was very active in the PTA, Boy Scouts of America, Downey Jaycees, Brownies, and was a real 
estate agent for more than 20 years, most recently with Red Carpet Heritage under Bev and Chris 
Baumann. 
Survivors include her husband, Ken; her sons, Brent of Long Beach, and Todd of Sydney, Australia; her 
daughter, Tiffany of Irvine; her mother-in-law, Alice; her daughter-in-laws, Christine and Alex; a son-in-law, 
Pablo Vivanco; and eight grandchildren. 
Chaplin Steve Mitchell officiated. Burial followed at Rose Hills. For information visit the Rose Hills
