Apple Valley resident of 45 years, Mr. George Thotos, 84, passed away on Jan. 
23, 2006, at Desert Valley Hospital in Victorville. Born on Aug. 31, 1921, in 
Chicago, Ill., George served in the U.S. Navy. He worked for Proctor and 
Gamble for 37 years, and was a resident of Jess Ranch. George is survived by 
his wife of 46 years, Erica Thotos of Apple Valley; son, Thomas Galvan of 
Orange; stepchildren, Judith Fuller of Orange, David Fuller of Catalina Island 
and Paul Fuller of Seattle, Wash.; 10 grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren. A celebration of life will be held in the near future. Dudley 
Apple Valley Mortuary is handling arrangements.
