All persons donating to this site retain the rights to their own work. Joseph Villoni Joseph Ralph Villoni, age 80, passed away March 4, 2010, in Victorville of Alzheimer's. He was surrounded by family and the caring staff at Sterling Commons. He was born in Lakewood, Ohio on January 13, 1930 to Ralph and Laura Villoni. Joe was a Korean War veteran, stationed for a time at George AFB. He returned to the Victor Valley in 1997 to reside in Apple Valley and Silver Lakes. He loved golf, a game he started playing after a leg fracture ended his dirt bike riding days. How grateful we will always be to friends who included him in a round after the onset of Alzheimer's. His entire career was spent in manufacturing and he held a graduate degree in management from UCLA. Joe retired in 1995 as Director of Operations for Corona Products, Corona, CA. a division of Brass Craft Mfg. Co., where he was respected and loved by his employees. Joe had previously worked for Robertshaw and FMC Corp. He is survived by his wife of 19 years, Joan, of Apple Valley, his sons, Brian, Darrin and David. Brother Don and wife Shirley of Austin, Texas, sister Carol and husband Alan of Apple Valley. Forever stepchildren Christy, Ron and Jon, Grandchildren, nieces and nephews. There will be a celebration of Joe's life on April 6, 2010 at 11:30 a.m. at Apple Valley Country Club, 15200 Rancherias Road in Apple Valley. He will be inurned at Sunset Hills Memorial Park. Donations may be made in his name to the Alzheimer's Association , in support of the 2010 Memory Walk in Rancho Cucamonga.
