Memorial services held for Evelyn Marie Watson
DOWNEY-Memorial services were held Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Miller-Mies Mortuary Chapel for Evelyn 
Marie Watson, a longtime Downey resident who died at her home here Nov. 6. 
She was born in Los Angeles Dec. 15, 1944. 
From 1972 to 1983 she was a customer service representative for Pacific Press Incorporated, and later 
worked as an executive secretary for Jeffries Bank Note Co. She then worked as secretary for the family 
business, Lifetime Motor Express, as well as performing various other tasks. 
Survivors include her husband, Mike Watson; her mother, Marguerite Hedden; a sister, Mary Pierce; 
sister-in-law Judy Suter; stepsons Gary, Scott and Ken; grandchildren Tommy and Peyton; aunts Edna 
Gray and Mary Warmuth and uncles John and Harry Baker. 
Pastor Michael Peligrino officiated. Burial was private. 
Arrangements were by the Miller-Mies Mortuary of Downey.
