Born on July 21, 1927 in Louden, Tennessee, Beulah attended the Emmanuel Church of Boron, California. Beulah is survived by her husband of 48 years, Kenneth Welch as well as 5 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild. She was predeceased by her daughter Evelyn. She is also survived by her brothers Gilbert Howard of Oklahoma City, Willie Howard of Whtchita Falls, Texas and Austin Howard of Boron, California, and her sister-in-law Dorotha Howard also of Boron, and many nieces and nephews located near and far. Services were held July 1, 2004 at the Mumaw Funeral Home in Lancaster, California. There was a private internment at the Riverside National Cemetary in Riverside, California. Services were conducted by Rev. Ray Wilkins.
