Source Unknown; 8 May 2003 Eugene Edward Wheeler was born on January 18, 1949 in Kansas City, Kansas to Junius and Janie Wheeler. Eugene was raised in San Fernando, California. He attended Vaughn Street Elementary School, San Fernando Jr. High School and graduated from San Fernando High School. Eugene went on to serve his country in the Army during the Vietnam war. After his time in the service, Eugene earned his BA in business. He went on to work at Edwards AFB and entered into a family business, "Wheeler & Son" with his father. Eugene met and married Rose Marie Brown and from that union came two beautiful daughters, Eugenia and Mia Wheeler, both of Sacramento, California. Upon Rose's death he met and married Susan Hartly and from that union came a wonderful son, Eugene Junius Wheeler. Eugene met and married Juanita Villa Wheeler who he has loved for the past 16 years and who became his wife five years ago. He leaves to cherish his memory his lovely wife, Juanita; his children, Eugenia, Mia and Eugene; grandchildren, Tibrea, Steve, Shalimar, Mandy and Raymond; his father Junius; his mother, Janie; his sisters, Jeanetta, Vendetta, Patricia, Liz and Diane. Eugene was predeceased by his loving older brother, Billy Wayne. Eugene also leaves behind a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Eugene accepted Jesus Christ as his personal savior several years ago. He was an active member of Community Church of California City where he served as a member of the choir and upon leaving the choir he served as a soloist. He was called to his heavenly home on April 21, 2003.
