of Big Bear, Calif., died unexpectedly on Monday, Dec. 20, 2010, in Riverside, Calif.

    Born in Downey, Calif., April 15, 1971, to Billy and Donna Anaya,  Robert was a caring and sensitive 
young soul.  He loved his son and his family.  He loved the outdoors and spent most of his adult life 
as an expert finish painter and a ski and snowboard technician, helping to ensure the safety of skiers 
on the slopes of Big Bear.

    Robert is survived by his son, Andrew Joseph; his parents Billy and Donna Anaya; his step-mother 
Susan; his brothers Richard and David; his sister Kimberlee; his grandmothers Betty Gomez and 
Dorothy Scott; and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

    A memorial service will be held Friday, Jan. 7, 2011 at Judson Baptist Church at 11 a.m. located at 
1406 E. Pacific St. in San Bernardino, Calif. 92404.
