Betty Jill (Ferguson) Kjellberg

63, of Scottsdale, Ariz., passed away Dec. 11, 2010, after a short fight with cancer.

    Born in Lynwood, Calif., and raised in Alhambra, Betty married Tim Kjellberg Dec. 8, 1973, in Arizona. 
Survivors include her husband; brother, Al (Ellie) Ferguson; 7 nieces and nephews; and 10 great-nieces 
and great-nephews.

    She graduated from CalState L.A. and U.S.C. She worked for Good Samaritan Medical Center in Phoenix, 
served as executive director of the Arizona Psychological Association and the International Association of 
Facilitators, and ran her own consulting firm. Betty was a lifelong learner beloved for her effervescent 
personality, positive outlook and interests ranging from aviation and books to genealogy and quilting.
