Joseph William Babb
Oct. 21, 1942 � Jan. 28, 2007
A funeral service will be Friday for Joseph William Babb of Patterson, who died 
Sunday at Alexander Cohen Hospice House in Hughson.
Mr. Babb, 64, was a native of Los Angeles and lived in Patterson for 34 years. 
He worked as a tobacco sales representative for Lorillard Co. for 27 years. He 
was a veteran of the U.S. Navy.


Mr. Babb is survived by his wife, Carol Babb of Patterson; sons, Joseph Babb Jr. 
and Jason Babb, both of Modesto; daughter, Rochelle Babb of Folsom; brother, Jim 
Babb of Roseville; sister, Sue Devereaux of Downey; and three grandchildren.
Friday�s graveside service will begin at 2 p.m. at Patterson District Cemetery, 
10800 Highway 33, in Patterson. Visitation will be observed from 5 to 8 p.m. 
Thursday at Hillview Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., in Patterson.
