Service Held for Newman Woman; A graveside service was held Monday at the cemetery in Covelo for Doris Evelyn
Bailey who died last Thursday at Del Puerto Hospital. A resident of Newman the last 5 months, she was 77.  She was a
native of Covelo and had moved to Newman from Los Gatos. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Covelo.
Survivors include niece Janet Thomas of Newman and Ardele Murphy of Lower Lake and nephew Craig Nurt of
Petaluma.
