Sandra K. Balderrama, 46;  Sandra K. Balderrama died Monday in Waterford.  A native of San Jose, she lived in
Patterson for 15 years and was a homemaker.  She was 46.  She is survived by her children, Robert Balderrama,
Angelique Adams and Julie Balderrama, all of Patterson; her brothers, Kenneth Adams of Oregon, Dale Adams of
Patterson and Pasqual Adams of Texas; her sisters, Bonnie Crump, Sue Crites and Odie Caballero, all of Oregon and
Brenda Kelly of San Andreas; and two grandchildren.  Visitation is today, Thursday, from 5-8 p.m. at Hillview Funeral
Chapel.  A funeral service will be held tomorrow, Friday, at 10 a.m. at Hillview Funeral Chapel.  Remembrances may be
made to Community Hospice, 601 McHenry Ave., suite C, Modesto, Calif. 95350.
