Earl Becker, 85;  Word has been received of the death of former Patterson resident Earl Becker.  
He died Jan. 3 in Rancho Cordova.  He was 85.  A native of Green Bay, Wis., he came to Patterson 
from his native state in 1952 first tending bar for Frank Fialho and then working at Patterson Frozen 
Foods.  He moved from Patterson to Sacramento and enjoyed playing golf.  Survivors include six 
children; 14 grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Kay Krause and Irene 
Betry both of Patterson and Mary Jane Alexander of San Jose.  He was preceded in death by his wife.
