Fall From Train Causes Death; Graveside services were conducted at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon at Del Puerto
Cemetery for George Beckham, a transient worker who was found dead Monday night near the Howard Rd. railroad
crossing at Westley. He was identified by paper in his possession.  One son in Fowler and two sons in Tempe, Arizona,
had been notified and were expected to arrive here for the service. The Rev. John Carl Fritz was in charge of the service.
Beckham is believed to have died from injuries suffered when attempting to board a moving freight train.
