Addy Maria Borba, 70;  A Turlock woman who lived in the rural Patterson area for a number of years has died at Brandel
Manor Convalescent Home in Turlock.  Addy Maria Borba died Monday at age 70.  She was born in Mexico City and
grew up in that country, moving to Modesto 45 years ago.  She was a nutritionist for Social Services of Stanislaus County
for 10 years.  After living here, she moved to Turlock in 1989 and was a devoted homemaker.  A service will be held
today, Thursday, at noon at the family home, 125 N. Prairie Flower Road in rural Turlock.  Burial will be private with
Allen Mortuary in charge of the arrangements.  Survivors include her husband, Norman Borba of Turlock; two sons,
Frank of Stockton and Clinton McCoulough of Las Vegas, Nevada; a stepson, Phillip Borba of Modesto; two
stepdaughters, Machell Grant of Turlock, and Norla Garrett of Longview, Wash.; 13 grandchildren and four great-
grandchildren.
