Services in Stockton For Manuel Borba; Funeral services were held in Stockton Tuesday at the old St. Mary's Church for
Manuel Borba, 68, who passed away last Friday.  He was a native of St. George Island in the Azores. He was preceded in
death by a daughter, Lena Filiso.  Surviving him are his wife, Mary of Stockton and seven children, Manuel, Mary and
Tony Borba of Patterson; Joe Borba and Rose Gomes of Crows Landing; Francis Novo of Monterey and Johanna Novo
of Stockton.
