Area Dairyman Dies Here; Services were held January 23 in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Turlock, for Mr. Tony Borba,
78, of Crows Landing Road, Turlock, who died January 21 in a Patterson hospital after a long illness.  Interment was in
Turlock Cemetery. Born in San Jose,  Mr. Borba moved 45 years ago to the Turlock area where he was engaged in the
dairy business until four months ago when his health forced him to retire. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Mary Borba,
one son, Lawrence Borba, and a daughter, Mrs. Madaline Mendes, all of Turlock; two step-daughters, Mrs. Rose Coelho
of Ceres and Mrs. Margaret Morris of El Sobrante; one brother, Mr. Bill Barbe, and one, sister, Mrs. Margaret Reynolds,
both of San Jose; 12 grandchildren, one of whom is serving with the U.S. Army in Vietnam, and 13 great grandchildren.
