John V. Boschi, 77;  Patterson native John V. Boschi died Friday at Brandell Manor in Turlock.  He was 77.    He
graduated from Patterson High School in the class of 1943 and soon thereafter became a guard of Italian prisoners of war
who were being held at Lathrop. He farmed in the Patterson area most of his adult life.  He was a member of Sacred
Heart Catholic Church where a Mass will be held Wednesday at 9:00 a.m.  Burial in Patterson District Cemetery will
follow.   A vigil is planned for Tuesday at 7 p.m. at Hillview Funeral Chapel. Visitation at the chapel will be Tuesday
from 5-7 p.m.   Survivors include a brother Julius Boschi of Patterson and three sisters, Annie Barcellos and Rosie Silva,
both of Patterson and Alma Rightsell of Windsor.  Remembrances should be  sent to Sacred Heart School, 505 M St.,
Patterson.
