Adeline Panarra Bowers, 88;  A Turlock woman who formerly lived on the West Side died Feb. 27.  Adeline R. Panarra-
Bowers died at Elness Convalescent Hospital in Turlock. She was 88.  She was born and raised in Oakland and moved to
the Turlock-Hilmar area when a teenager. She later made her home in Crows Landing and Newman, where she was a
member of St. Joachim s Catholic Church. She also was a past member of YLI and the Crows Landing Pentecost.  A
private burial was held.  A memorial service will be held March 23 at 3 p.m. at the Allen Mortuary in Turlock.  Survivors
include three sons, Frank Panarra of Gustine, Manuel Panarra pf El Dorado Hills, and, Richard Panarra of Turlock; a
brother, Joe Rodrigues of Manteca; and two sisters, Ikda Burns of Modesto and Mary Seevers of Fairfield.

Bowers.  She died Feb. 27 at age 88.  A full obituary was recently published in the Irrigator  The 3 p.m. service will be
held at Allen Mortuary, 247 N. Broadway in Turlock.
