Final Rites For Mrs. Jessie Bowers; Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday for Mrs. Jessie Bowers, 46, who died
early last Thursday morning at her Weber Avenue home. Rev. Albert Foster officiated at services and interment was at
Del Puerto Cemetery. She was a native of Nebraska and had lived here since 1913. Surviving are her husband, Dewey of
Patterson; five daughters, Mrs. Lois Farinha, Mrs. Barbara Thorkelson, Jane and Sharon of Patterson, and Mrs. Marjorie
Johnson of Merced; a son, Stanley of Patterson; three sisters, Frances Daily, Mrs. May McGill and Mrs. SteIla Anderson
of Patterson; and two brothers, Lewis Daily and Ray Daily of Patterson.
