Marie Broggi, 83;  Final rites will be held here Wednesday for longtime Patterson resident Marie Broggi.  She died
Saturday at her home.  She was 83.  A native of Ojai, she had lived in Patterson for 53 years.  She was a member of
Sacred Heart Catholic Church, its Altar Society, California Women for Agriculture, and the American Legion Auxiliary.
She was a Red Cross volunteer for over 20 years and was an avid bridge player.  A rosary will he recited Tuesday at 7
p.m. at Sacred Heart Church, where a Mass is scheduled for Wednesday at 10 a.m.  Burial in Patterson District Cemetery
will follow.  Visitation will be Tuesday from 5-7 p.m. at the church.  Hillview Funeral Chapel is in charge of the
arrangements.  Survivors include a son, Wesley "Wes" Williams of Sonora; two daughters, Catherine Wilkins of
Kingsburg and Eleanor Stafford of Modesto; nine grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren;  a brother Pete Dompe of
Crows Landing and a sister, Catherine Bracken of Turlock.  Remembrances should be sent to Sacred Heart School, 505
M St., Patterson.
