Local Woman Killed in Crash; A Patterson woman was killed and two others injured Tuesday afternoon in a three-car
accident on West Main Street near Mitchell Road about three miles west of Turlock. Judy Ella Brown, 44, died of
injuries sustained after a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Olga Izaguirre, 60, of Patterson spun into the east bound lanes and
collided head on with Brown s Datsun, according to a California Highway Patrol report. A CHP official said that
Izaguirre was driving west when she rear ended a car driven by Otha R. Blair. 68. also of Patterson. Apparently losing
control of the vehicle, Izaguirre crossed over into on coming traffic and collided with Brown. Blair was taken to the
Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock and placed in the intensive care unit for observations, according to a nursing
supervisor. She was listed in satisfactory condition Wednesday morning after being moved out of the ICU. Izaguirre was
treated for minor injuries at the center and released. Final rites are pending.

Lemoore Rites for Judy Brown Held on Friday; A funeral service was held Friday at the Lemoore Cemetery in Lemoore
for Judy Ella Brown, 44, of Patterson.  She died last Tuesday of injuries received in an auto accident three miles west of
Turlock. A native of Vallejo, she had resided in Stanislaus County the last 10 years after moving from Avenal. She was a
homemaker. The Rev. Larry Rice of Avenal First Baptist Church officiated at the service. Survivors include three sons,
Ronald and Richard Brown of Patterson and Randy Brown of Turlock: three daughters, Kelly and Rachelle Brown of
Turlock and Becky Clark of Patterson: her mother and stepfather, Elsie and Dennis Kelly of Avenal: two sisters. Joy Ann
Rampley of Avenal and Susan Ramond of Los Osos: and two brothers, Richard Kelly of Sacramento and Michael Kelly
of Lemoore.
