Services Held Here for Blanche Bruce; Services were hell Monday afternoon at Evans funeral chapel for blanche Bruce,
81, who died Friday in a Newman convalescent hospital. Interment will be in Detroit, Mich. A native of Pennsylvania,
Mrs. Bruce had lived here 9 years. She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star and the Rebekah Lodge. She is
survived by a son, Brent Bruce of Patterson; a daughter, Esther Hansen of Detroit; five grandchildren, and five great-
grandchildren. The family requests that any remembrances be made to the Masonic Home or to Our Saviour's Lutheran
Church, Patterson.
