Local Man Dies of Natural Causes; The body of a man who apparently died of natural causes was found early Sunday
morning in his pickup in the Prune Avenue area near the San Joaquin River. Clarence Virgil Burris, whose address was
listed by the county coroner's office as Patterson, was 63.  A daughter Robin Overturf, lives in Modesto.

Rites Friday for Clarence Burris; A funeral service will be held Friday at 1 p.m. at Lakewood Funeral Home in Hughson
for Clarence Burns, 63. He was found dead Sunday in his rural Patterson home. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. Thursday
at the chapel.  A private burial is planned. He had been a Patterson area resident the past six months after living in
Waterford since 1941.  He was a farmer for 25 years with Braden Farms and was a member of the CB Club of Waterford.
His hobby was fishing. Survivors include a daughter, Robin Overturf of Modesto; three brothers, Jess of Garden Grove,
Earl of Waterford, and Emmett Bunris of Turlock; a sister, Maudie Hampton of Patterson; and two grandchildren.
