James R. Butts Funeral Today; Newman � Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. today, Monday, in the Evans-
Krieger Chapel in Gustine for James Russell Butts, 56, who died on a hunting trip in the Sierras last Wednesday.
A native of Gustine, he was president of Ingomar Plastic Pipe Company the past eight years. He was a member of
the Newman Moose Lodge. He is survived by his wife, Diane of Gustine; two sons, Wayne and Ron Butts, and
one daughter, Cindy Butts, all of Chalis, Idaho; two brothers, George E. and Robert A. Butts, both of Gustine;
and one sister, Winifred M. Latta of Gustine. Interment will be in Hills Ferry Cemetery. The family requests that
donations be made to the West Side Community Hospital.
