Mary Jean Days
Nov. 28, 1915 � Nov. 24, 2009
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated this week for Mary Jean Days of Patterson, who 
died Tuesday, Nov. 24, at Memorial Medical Center in Modesto.

Mrs. Days, 93, was a native of Pico, Azores, and lived in Patterson for 73 years. She was a 
lead filler operator for Patterson Frozen Foods for 30 years.

Mrs. Days was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Patterson. She enjoyed bowling, 
ceramics and clam digging and loved to vacation at the beach with her family.

Mrs. Days is survived by her son, Robert �Bob� Days of Patterson; brother, Tom DaRosa of King 
City; four grandchildren; and nine great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Manuel Days; and a son, Tony Days.

A rosary and Mass took place Tuesday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, followed by burial in 
Patterson District Cemetery, 10800 Highway 33.  Memorial contributions in Mrs. Days� name 
may be sent to Father Connors Endowment Trust Fund, P.O. Box 1174, Patterson 95363.

Hillview Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., in Patterson, handled arrangements.
