Daytom William 570207 p5 Final Rites for Former Resident; William Dayton, former Patterson resident, passed away Monday, Feb. 4, at his home in Clovis, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Dayton resided on a ranch on Lemon Avenue for a number of years. He also worked with the late Percy Harrison at the Southern Pacific depot and operated a Shell Oil station which was owned by the late John Evans. Mr. Dayton and his wife were the second Worthy Patron and Worthy Matron of Patterson Chapter No. 417 Order of Eastern Star. The first to hold the highest office were Mr. and Mrs. Harrison. Final services will be held at 10:30 a. m., Thursday, Feb. 7, at the Boice Funeral Chapel in Clovis. Survivors include his wife Rose and one son, Herbert.
