Francisca Escudero de Espinoza   Jan. 17, 1922 � April 25, 2006
Services were Friday for Francisca Escudero de Espinoza of Patterson, who died Tuesday at Emanuel Medical Center in
Turlock.  Mrs. Espinoza, 84, was a native and lifelong resident of Mexico and had recently moved to Patterson.  She was
a homemaker.  She loved gardening and especially her roses.  She liked playing guitar and piano and enjoyed traveling.
She especially enjoyed her coffee first thing in the morning. Her children remember her as a great role model of strength
who was loving and kind to everyone.  She will be remembered as a spiritual, positive person who handled situations and
gave advice with wisdom.  Mrs. Espinoza is survived by her children, Luis Espinoza and Dora Escudero, both of
Patterson, Edmundo Espinoza of San Diego, Fernando Espinoza, Manuel Espinoza, Eva Espinoza, Ofelia Espinoza and
Consuelo Ortiz, all of Mexico, Lydia Graciano of Newman, Isela Gonzalez of San Jose and Susana Atsatt of Lodi;
sisters, Lorenza Hernandez and Esther Cruz, both of Texas; 33 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and many great
great grandchildren.  Friday's visitation and prayer service were at Hillview Funeral Chapel, 450 W. Las Palmas Ave., in
Patterson.  Burial of the urn will be in Mexico.
