Local Woman Dies of Injuries Received in Crash; A local woman injured in a two vehicle accident May 3 in Westley
died of the injuries Sunday in a Modesto hospital. Virginia Dickinson, 43, had been a Patterson resident the past three
months. She was a native of New Jersey and moved here with her family from Arkansas. Her husband is working at the
tire burning plant under construction West of Westley.  She was a member of the Jehovah Witnesses in Florida. A private
funeral service was held at Hillview Funeral Chapel. which handled the arrangements. Burial was in Las Vegas.
Survivors include her husband, Charles W. Dickinson of Patterson; a son, Randy Dickinson of Las Vegas; two daughters,
Dawn Sawchuk of Hendeson, Nevada, and Amy Dickinson of Patterson; and one grandchild.
