Dale Stewart Dodd, 59;  A service will be held here Thursday for Pattersonite Dale Stewart Dodd, who was stricken late
last week and died Saturday at the Redding Medical Center in Redding.  He was 59.  A native of Bolivar, Mo., he was a
truck driver for Ed Rocha trucking for over 35 years. He had lived in Patterson the past 30 years and enjoyed team roping
and being a cowboy.  A service will be held Thursday at 10 am at Hillview Funeral Chapel.  Burial in Patterson District
Cemetery will follow.  Visitation will be Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. at the chapel.  Survivors include his wife, Patricia
Dodd of Patterson; children Kathy Herger and Tony Dodd, both of Patterson; five grandchildren; two brothers, Charles of
Fresno and Derral Dodd of Clovis, N.M.; and seven sisters, Nadine Freitas of Fresno, Willa Mae James of Cambria,
Jaunita Wheeler of Fresno, Barbara Goodman of Fairfield, Billie Blazina of Orangevale, Glenda Neilsen of North Fox,
and Joyce Gunland of Fresno.
