Service Tuesday for Former Resident:  A funeral service will be held here Tuesday for former Patterson resident Lenora
Bertha Ross Dow. She died at her Ceres home Saturday after a brief illness.  She was 66. The service will be held at 1
p.m. Tuesday at the Evans Funeral Chapel, with Mary Hall of Ceres officiating.  Burial will be in Patterson District
Cemetery. She resided in Patterson from 1948 to 1967 when she moved to Oakdale where she lived until moving to Ceres
about a month ago.  She was affiliated with the Baptist church. Survivors include her husband, Robert Dow of Modesto;
two daughters, Bertha Love of Waterford and Marilyn James of Tuolumne City; a brother, Ray Little of Riverbank; two
sisters, Rosemary Thole of Arroyo Grande and Fay Cobb of Arkansas and seven grandchildren.
