Final Rites Held Wednesday for John Dunlavy, 86; A Mass was said Wednesday morning at Sacred Heart Catholic
Church for John Christopher Dunlavy, 86, who died here Monday. A native of Actnaville, Ohio, he had lived here the
past 12 years, moving from Martins Ferry, Ohio. He had been a plant foreman with Marx Toys for approximately 25
years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church here, as well as the Amerivan, VFW and Cooties, an honorary
organization associated with the VFW. He was a veteran of World War I who served in the United States Army.
