Final Rites Today for Rosa Duran; A Mass will be said today, Thursday, at 10 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church for Rosa R.
Duran, 71. who died Monday at Memorial North Hospital in Modesto of an extended illness.  A native of Mexico, she
had resided in Patterson since 1957 after moving here from her native country.  A rosary was recited Wednesday evening
at the Evans Funeral Chapel. Burial will be in Patterson District Cemetery. Survivors include her husband, Demetrio
Duran of Patterson; two sons, Francisco Duran of Patterson and Eduardo Duran of Bakersfield; two daughters, Josephine
Duran of Patterson and Refugia Duran of Mexico; two brothers Juan Rodriguez and Julian Rodriguez, both of Mexico; a
sister, Feilpa Rodriguez of Mexico, 26 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
