Esperanza Diaz Esquivel of Patterson died Tuesday, Oct. 15, at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock..  She was 62.  She
was a native of Jacona, Mexico and was a homemaker who lived in Patterson 35 years.  She was a member of Sacred
Heart Catholic Church here.  She is survived by her husband, Louis Esquivel of Patterson; two sons, Luis Esquivel Jr.
and Tony Esquivel, both of Modesto; two brothers, Luis Diaz of Paterson and Ramon Diaz of Mexico and four
grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son, Daniel Esquivel.  Visitation and the vigil service were held
yesterday, Monday, and Mass will be said at 10 a.m. today,  Tuesday, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church here.
Hillview Funeral Chapel conducts the services.
