Effie Marie Evans
Feb. 1, 1921 � Jan. 23, 2007
A memorial service was Friday for former Patterson resident Effie Evans, who 
died Jan. 23 at Emanuel Medical Center in Turlock. 
Mrs. Evans, 85, was born in Denison, Texas. She lived in California for 65 years 
and in Patterson for four years, where she attended Patterson Christian 
Fellowship. She moved to Turlock two years ago.
She will be remembered as a beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother 
who will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her daughter, Aprille Frazee of Susanville; son, 
Robert Cyr of Ogden, Utah; brother, Ray Wenckens of Denison; seven 
grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
Friday�s memorial service was at Turlock Memorial Park and Funeral Home, 425 N. 
Soderquist Road, in Turlock.
