Services Today for Local Man; Funeral Services for longtime Patterson resident Rudolph R. Galvan will be held today,
10 a.m. at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Galvan, 65. died Friday, Jan. 22, after a short illness. The Rev. Steve Viau
will say the Mass, with interment at the Patterson District Cemetery. A Rosary was held Monday. A Indio native, Galvan
moved here in 1956 and worked as a farm laborer. He was a member of Sacred Heart and a World War Il veteran. He is
survived by two sons, Rudy Galvan of Patterson and Henry Galvan of Westley, one daughter, Margaret Solis of Turlock;
three sisters, Angie Aguiniga and Henrietta Chavez, both of Turlock, and Alvida Galvan of Indio; three brothers, Richard
Galvan of Daly City, Raymond Galvan of San Bernardino, and John Galvan of New York City, and three grandchildren.
