Final Rites for Mrs. R. Garcia; Final rites were held in Sacred Heart Catholic Church Wednesday for Mrs. Romana Arias
Garcia, 76, who died Sunday in a local hospital. The rosary was recited at Evans Funeral Chapel Tuesday evening.
Interment was in St. Mary's Cemetery. Mrs. Garcia had lived in Patterson 11 years with a daughter, Ramana Chavez,
Mrs.  Garcia was a native of Texas. She is also survived by five sons, Laureano and Marcos F.  of Oakland, Manuel of
Los Angeles, Joaquin and Marcos E, both of El Paso; one brother, Joaquin Airas of Oakland, and three sister, Juanita and
Felipe Arias and Mrs. Lupe Payan all of El Paso.
