Toby Garcia

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday for Toby Garcia of 
Patterson, who died Sunday at Doctors Medical Center in Modesto.
Mr. Garcia, 35, was a native of San Jose and lived in Patterson for two years. 
He previously lived in San Jose and Modesto. He worked as a welding and sheet 
metal maintenance technician for four years.
Mr. Garcia graduated from Silver Creek High School in San Jose in 1991 and 
served in the U.S. Marine Corps for seven years. He was an avid L.A. Lakers and 
Washington Redskins fan, enjoyed watching all sports and collected various 
swords.
Mr. Garcia is survived by his wife, Stephanie Nicole Garcia of San Jose; sons, 
Jordan Garcia and Samuel Garcia, both of San Jose; daughter, Jannelle Garcia of 
San Jose; mother, Rosa L. Feliciano, and stepfather, Antonio Feliciano of 
Patterson; brothers, Adrian Garcia and Jose Garcia Jr., both of Modesto; sister, 
Patricia Caudillo of Modesto; and numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jose M. Garcia.
Visitation will be observed from 8 to 9 a.m. Tuesday followed by a Mass at 9 
a.m. at Our Lady of Miracles Catholic Church, in Gustine. Burial will be at 11 
a.m. Tuesday in San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery, 32053 W. McCabe Road, in 
Gustine.
Visitation will also be observed from 5 to 7 p.m. Monday followed by a recital 
of a rosary at 7 p.m., at Hillview Funeral Chapel, 515 First St., in Gustine.
