Garza Eulogio R 890328 p8 Rites Held for Eulogio Garza; A Mass was celebrated March 20 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church for Eulogio R. Garza. He died March 17 at Del Puerto Hospital following a long illness. He was 79. A native of Mexico, he had lived in the Patterson area the past 24 years after moving here from Mexico. He was a retired farm worker and had been employed by Nunes Tufgrass for 11 years. He was a member of Sacred Heart Church, the Guadalupe Society, Cursillo Movement, and Santo Nombre of Texas. Burial was in Patterson District Cemetery. Survivors include two sons, Andres Garza of Westley, and Eulogio Garza Jr. of Modesto; two daughters. Paula Rolph and Jerry Lou Garza, both of Patterson a brother, Ramon Garza of Mexico; and six grandchildren.
