Highway Collision Kills Both Drivers;  Two men were killed Wednesday morning in a head-on crash of two pickups on
Highway 132 near Vernalis.  California Highway Patrol investigators are still piecing together details of the 6:27 a.m.
accident.  San Joaquin County coroner's office officials identified the drivers as 51-year old Dennis Morgan Geisy of
Tracy and Caesar Valdivia of Modesto.  Witnesses told CHP investigators that they saw Valdivia's 2001 Chevrolet
pickup drive into the east lane and collide with the 1984 Ford pickup Geisy was driving.  Valdivia had been driving 70 to
75 mph when he tried to pass about a dozen cars in the westbound lane, officers said.  The two pickups collided and the
Ford flipped over and rolled, coming to rest on its roof at the side of the road.  The Chevrolet remained on the roadway
and blocked both lanes.  Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.  Officers diverted traffic around the accident
scene, turning drivers away at the Interstate 5 junction.  The roadway reopened around 8:30 a.m.
