Mrs. B Germolus Services Held; Funeral services were conducted Monday in Evans Funeral Chapel for Mrs. Bertha
Amelia Germolus, 84 who died last Friday in a local hospital following an extended illness. Interment was in the
Patterson District Cemetery with Albert W. Foster of the Federated Church officiating. Mrs. Germolus was a native of
Germany and had lived here 51 years. She is survived by her husband, Samuel H. Germolus of Patterson; six daughters,
Mrs. Alma Martin of Longdale, Mrs. Ella Swanson of Patterson, Myrtle Clarke of Berkeley, Mrs. Mabel Leffler of
Stockton, Della Germolus and Mrs. Ruby Stephens, both of Berkeley; two sons, Harry and Rodney, both of Patterson.
She was preceded in death by another son, Walter "Pat" Germolus.
