Charles Gervasoni, 86; Final rites will be held today (Tuesday) for West Side native Charles Frank Gervasoni.  He died
last Friday in Modesto after an extended ness. He was 86.  A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. at the St. Stanislaus
Catholic Cemetery.  He was raised on his father s Marshall Road farm and during World War II managed the Del Puerto
Hotel, obtaining the hotel s first liquor license. He also owned the Aloha Club and later his own restaurant business in
Modesto.  Survivors include a son, Gary Gervasoni of Modesto; two daughters, Robin Gervasoni and Carla Shrill, both of
Watsonville: and five grandchildren.  The family requests that remembrances be sent to Community Hospice, 601
McHenry Ave.  Suite C., Modesto, CA 95350.
