Cloey Pearl Gibbs Passes in Modesto; Cloey Pearl Gibbs, 64, passed away Tuesday evening in a Modesto Hospital
following a short illness. A former resident of Patterson, she was a native of Blooming Grove, Texas. Final services will
be conducted Friday at 2 p. m. at Evans Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Gene Williford officiating.  Interment will be in
Del Puerto Cemetery. Survivors include her husband James A. Gibbs of Paradise Road, Modesto; five daughters and two
sons: Treva May Powell of Pauli, Texas; Mary Sylvia Dennis of Westley; Goldie Evelyn Hetterreick of Tracy; Wilma
Sue Pearson of Patterson; and Dora Estelle Denton of Ceres, James C. Gibbs of Willits and Robert S. Gibbs of Crows
Landing. One brother, Jud Franks of Oklahoma City, Okla., and one sister, Dora Mattweths of Texas.
