These were forwarded to the War Department at Washington. D. C., and on Saturday the information was received from there stating that he was William A. Gilmore and that he had served in the World War. A sister and brother were listed as residing in Philadelphia. A telegram to that city resulted in two transcontinental telephone calls from the brother, who is to arrive here this morning. Funeral services have been arranged for two o'clock Friday afternoon with local Post of the American Legion conducting the ceremonies. Interment is to be made in the Hills Ferry Cemetery. The brother stated to Arnold Davis that the man had a wife and eighteen year old son, known to have been living In Seattle, from which point he had last heard of the family several years ago. A telegram was sent to the Chief of Police in that city in an effort to trace them.
