Grace Goodwin Dies in Glendale; Former Patterson resident Grace G. Goodwin died last Thursday, Oct. 6, in Glendale,
Calif. at the age of 94. A memorial service was held in Glendale, with burial in Minneapolis, Minn.
She moved to Patterson from Minnesota in 1948, and made her home here until 1969 when she moved to Glendale. She
was a member of the Federated Church here and the Keewaydin Chapter of the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Survivors include a daughter, Marjorie Rutledge of Glendale; a grandson, John Rutledge, also of Glendale; a
granddaughter, Judi Cripe Oburn of Monte Sereno, Calif.; and five greatrandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband Raymond and a daughter, Ruth Goodwin Cripe. The family prefers that
remembrances be sent to the Federated Church, P.O. Box 1418, Patterson.
